FortiClientOnlineInstaller Not Working At All

Hi,

I had downloaded FortiClientOnlineInstaller but its not even starting when I am trying to install it nither double click nor direct hit from cmd is working.

Also if some how i manage to install with offline installer then its not starting it was working almost 6-7 months back bot now not.

My machine is 64 Bit 8 Gb Ram, & have quad core i7 also it has Windows 10 Home Single Language Os.

I need help immediately becaus eI am not able to connect my office network also my office IT infra manager told me to format my PC which is another pain I don't want to take as everything is fine except forti client.
