Does this exists? I've found http://kb.fortinet.com/kb/documentLink.do?externalID=FD39996, but couldn't found the files they're mentioning (even as a partner). I also found several references to packages for some distros, but couldn't find anything "official" that confirm nor denies Linux support.
Or is it unofficial (like "open-vm-tools" on vmware)?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Up to 5.4.4 of FG, you can find it under FortiOS download site under VPN->SSLVPNTools folder. But I read somewhere it's now available only through FTDN(Fortinet Developer Network).
Hi timblack; check your private messages, I've just messaged you a link to download the file. Us Linux users need to stick together ;)

You were right, i checked backwards up to 5.4.5, not 5.4.4
The folder has 4.4.2332 and FDN has 4.4.2333.
Thanks!
In the same boat as OP @Agent 1994, looking for native linux forticlient. I used to run this on Debian years ago, but now cannot find it. I don't know what "FortiOS Download Site" @Toshi was referring to, and the one I did find (https://www.fortinet.com/support-and-training/support/product-downloads.html) doesn't have anything about Linux.
Also, I do not have a FDN account. Would two people please sponsor me? I am an embedded software developer for a company that doesn't officially support Linux on the desktop. (sigh) :)
If your IT infrastructure includes FortiGate products, chances are your IT group has a support account and access to:
https://support.fortinet.com/Download/FirmwareImages.aspx
Under that page, you can dig into the subfolder below to find the one OP@Agent 1944 found.
/ FortiGate/ v5.00/ 5.4/ 5.4.4/ VPN/ SSLVPNTools/
You should ask your IT group.
In addition to our corporate account, I have an FG30E w/ support service, which is not so expensive, at home and I have the access to the support site with my personal account to. You might need to go to that direction.
To get an FNDN account, you need to get an endorsement from two FTNT SEs. Likely IT group can introduce you to them.

Hi Agent 1994,
Thanks for you feedback, It wasn't clear in the KB that you need to choose the correct version of FortiOS for the Linux SSL VPN also, Linux SSLVPN FortiClient is usually about 3 - 4 versions behind the latest version of FortiOS.
I have updated the KB to make this clearer
Hi NeonBit,
I would also love to get the Linux download if possible could you DM me a link too? We found one but I'd rather use a recent version if possible.
Cheers,
Stephen
