FortiClient not working properly with Factorial or Teamwork

Hi there,

We use FortiClient VPN in our company and we are having problems when using some websites such as Factorial and Teamwork. Content does not load properly when we are connected to the internal VPN. 

We have tried adding this websites in FortiSASE as URL exceptions but didn't work. We are using FortiClient 7.4.4 version with MacOS 26. Any advice?

Hi Lin

Such issue should not be caused by VPN itself, even if it is full tunnel, but probably caused by some config on the FGT.

What about the users that are onsite behind the FGT, do they have the same issue with the mentioned sites?

Did you check if split tunneling is on or how DNS is working when you're on the vpn??
