Hello klayton,
Are there any errors being displayed when you try to connect? Another thing: what is the version of your FCT?

Have you tried another version of FortiClient?

I tried this version there
All computers in my company are connecting to the VPN, only one new Dell notebook is not.
Dell Latitude 5440 BTX
Service Tag: 5V45K24
Link and FortiClient that I tried to install:
The problem is that FortiClient is trying to start FortiTray.exe, but that is missing a .dll file.
Download the Visual Studio Redistributables from this topic and install them: DLL files missing after Windows 11 update - Microsoft Community
After that your Forticlient should work.
It worked, thanks
