FortiClient is not connecting to Windows 11 Pro

FortiClient is not connecting to Windows 11 Pro.

I already updated the network card driver and nothing, I already disabled IPV6 and nothing connects.

Hello klayton,

Are there any errors being displayed when you try to connect? Another thing: what is the version of your FCT?

@DPadula  No error appears, it just stays on this screenshot.

Have you tried another version of FortiClient?

I tried this version there

All computers in my company are connecting to the VPN, only one new Dell notebook is not.

The problem is that FortiClient is trying to start FortiTray.exe, but that is missing a .dll file.

Download the Visual Studio Redistributables from this topic and install them: DLL files missing after Windows 11 update - Microsoft Community

After that your Forticlient should work.

It worked, thanks
