Dear Forum,
In unfrequent timeslot, users get disconnect from the IPSec FortiClient Session. I do not know, what is the issue of it. Users can relogin again (mostly) without any problem. I aussme, there might be a configuration issue. Is there any keep alive setting, which might be broken?
Is there a best pracise guide / guidance to double-check the settings?

Does it happen to all users? What is the version of FortiGate and FortiClient? You need to check VPN event logs on FortiGate to see why it disconnected.
