I recently updated my FortiEMS to the latest version (7.2.1 build 0793), and since then, I have been experiencing an issue where the PCs of my users display the message "FortiClient is repeated" in the Windows Security Center (Virus & threat protection menu).
Do you have any solutions for this issue?
I have searched online, but I couldn't find any relevant information.
The clients' operating systems are Windows 10 and 11.
I personally never seen this "FortiClient is repeated" issue before. While checking internally we only had one similar cases, whereby it is related to EMS EPP license expired. By any chance is it possible that your 30-days EPP license expired recently?
I'd suggest to raise a FortiCare ticket to investigate further. In your ticket, attach a FCT_Diagnositc_Result file, and a CMD output of below command in text form:
WMIC /Node:localhost /Namespace:\\root\SecurityCenter2 Path AntiVirusProduct Get displayName /Format:List
