Hi Everyone.
Why FortiClient doesn't treat shortcut virus as a Trojan ? If this is the normal attitude or I miss something in EMS configuration ?
Thanks.

Hi Mahmoud,
I just get an answer from one of our engineer:
'Our Anti Virus detects virus based on signatures and possible 0-day attacks with FortiSandBox.
To further understand why FortiClient cannot detect virus, I would advice you to create a support ticket, attach the possible infected file (which he thinks should be detected as trojan), and FortiClient diagnostic results file.
That way we can crosscheck with Anti Virus team if that is really a trojan and if its infected.'
Regards,
