FortiClient WebFilter Issues

Can someone help with the removal of this from my machine please. my machine was being managed by Fortiguard EMs and when it was it wanted me to install the web filter extension on both my chrome and edge browsers. We have now removed my machine form the EMS and removed the software but i cannot get rid of the browser plugins at all.

The browser plugins are blocked via policies and appear in the local registry of my computer in the blocked extensions key for both browsers but the extension is still there and it is still turned unhand it says that it was installed by my company so it will not let me uninstall it.

Any ideas on how i may remove this ???
