I'm using a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 with Windows 11 Home Single Language (Version 24H2, Build 26100.4061). When I try to connect to a VPN , it doesn't connect—no error shows, it just stays stuck on "connecting."
Internet works fine otherwise. Any idea what could be causing this?
Start by checking on the remote FortiGate if it receives the connection attempts from your FCT.
You can use this command:
diag sniffer packet any "host x.x.x.x and port yyyy" 4
Where x.x.x.x is the public IP of your client, and yyyy the TCP port of your SSL VPN.
In case FGT doesn't receive the connection attempts then you may try connect using your Ethernet card, or use another WiFi adapter like a USB WiFi adapter.
