FortiClient VPN and Work from Home

I need your recommendation and advice on how you are handling the FortiClient VPN for people Working from Home?

Need to be a little more specific if you want to get any useful input.

Are you concerning how to authenticate users? Or how to segregate multiple user groups who should have different accesses to different destinations? Or can't decide you show go with IPSec VPNs or SSL VPNs? And so on...

     First u need to plan the number of users who are going to WFH,

 what kindly of access they need ,once they  have the SSLvpn access.
