FortiClient VPN and Net-Stick Dongle Mode Problem

I'm using FortiClient VPN 7.0.2.0090 to connect my laptop to the company network.

When connection to the internet by Wifi - no problems.

When using a Net-Stick like Alink 4G for connecting to the internet via it's Wifi hotspot - no problems.

But when  the above Net-Stick via dongle mode - the Forti Client is connected but no access to the company network.

Note - the Net-Stick dongle mode connection appears as a network card connection like this:

It is surely something related to your Net-Stick dongle.

Do you have the specific brand of this one?
