Hi Team
We are running into issues with SSL VPN configured on our Fortigate. We are not allowing split tunneling and we are allowing access via the VPN to the internet.
The issue is with some users when they connect to the VPN from home using their home WiFi. They would connect to the VPN and after a few min the VPN would drop on the client side. From the fortigate logs I can see there are no disconnected or tunnel down VPN events. After a while i would see a timeout event. If the user tries to reconnect they are prompted that they already have a session open and they would then close that connection and continue with the new one.
So it seems like the WiFi actually drops or looses connection during this time but I don't understand why this would happen.
Has anyone run into this issue before?
