FortiClient VPN 7.2.3.0929 Login modal Not Appearing When Trying Connecting

When attempting to connect via FortiClient VPN (version 7.2.3.0929), the input modal for login credentials will appear after pressing the "Connect" button. However after an update 3 days ago, it is not appearing as it normally does. The issue occurs immediately after clicking the Connect button.

Technical Details:
- FortiClient VPN version: 7.2.3.0929
- Operating System: [Windows 11, version 23H2]

Is FortiClient managed by a EMS instance ?

Also, is it a SSLVPN or IPsec profile used ?

The update in question was for Windows, I guess ?

The FortiClient installation is a standalone mode (not managed by an EMS instance). And it is configured to use SSL VPN for connectivity.
Actually there was no update. I have been using the 7.2.3.0929 for a while, and the last windows update was in January.

Try installing the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Version and use the latest version of 7.2 or 7.4 branch.
