HI, We use Forticlient (V 5.6.0.1076, V6.0.6.0242 & V.6.2.2.0877) to connect our users to our ISP's virtual Firewall (Model FortiGate 100D), which then connects into our company network using IPSec. I have approx. 120 users connected to the firewall at any one time
I have a few issues if anyone can assist with:
1. FortiClient randomly drops connections. Could this be local Broadband?
2. We use mapped drives to a file server in the office. When user get connected to the network the Drive mapping shows up with a red X. The user has to click on the drive to re-establish the connection. Is there a way to re-establish the connection when a VPN connection is established?
3. We don't have a FortiClient editable MSI file, where can I get his ? Our ISP have pointed me to this forum.
Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if you require any more information
