FortiClient Lastest Version - SSL VPN - Stops at 98%

Ok guys.. This is what I got going on.

I have tested the FortiClient on 3 separate windows 8.1 pro machines and the same results. The status goes to 98% and stops and/or flashes connected and then drops off.

IPV6 is disabled on all adapters

The CISCO VPN client has been removed and machine rebooted, then new download and install of the FortiClient. Installed as VPN only

The issue is persisting. Please note, there is not issue with Windows 8.1 (non pro) machines.

Also This connections does not have dual WAN. If I come across the solution I will update this post.
