My forticlient ssl connection fails at 10% but successfully connected through mobile network. It was working before but suddenly it stopped working. I tried to reinstalled but did not worked. Looking for some solution or suggestions.
Thanks
When connected on WiFi, can you try telnet to the remote FGT on the VPN port?
Example:
telnet 1.2.3.4 10443
Have following error on WIFI: Connecting To {host}...Could not open connection to the host, on port 443: Connect failed
It means you can't reach the remote VPN IP:port from your WiFi network.
You should be able to connect once you fix it.
Yes, this is the problem I want to resolve.
Perform packet capture on the client side and FortiGate WAN interface. Also collect logs and configs according to https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiClient/Troubleshooting-Tip-Collecting-logs-for-addressing-VPN...
I don't have FortiGate, I am using Free FortiClient.
