FortiClient Enterprise Management Server (EMS) not available Scan Workgroups option

Good day. I'm installing Forticlient Enterprise Management Server (EMS) into Windows server 2012 R2 (Standard), I'm making testing before pass to production environment, and I'm trying Scan all devices in workgroup, into Administration Guide indicate this option must be enabled from View > Settings > Server Settings tab > Scan local workgroups. But this option does not appear. How can I do to this option appear to enable Scan Local Workgroups? I'm attaching image where this option not appear. Regards Thanks
