Actually, we are deploying FortiClient EMS 7.2
we are frequently facing "out of sync" issue between endpoints and EMS server, e.g. when restart ems server, also when editing profiles like webfilter and so on
any idea what's the reason and how we can troubleshoot and track this issue?

Make sure you opened all required ports between server and clients.
