What is the error message?  Do you have a valid FortiClient EMS license attached to your FortiCare ID?

when I'm trying to install Forticlient EMS there is 2 option : 

-> Try now

-> How to buy

I'm want to use the trial version so I click on Try now, they ask for some informations such as my mail. I registered but I don't receive any email containing the link to downlaod

I'm I doing something rong here ?

Hi, I don't know if it could be related to your problem:

"On a side note, as of now (7th April 2023), the free EMS trial license can only be used up to EMS 7.0.7.
A trial license cannot be used on EMS 7.2.0 at the moment."

Eventually open a ticket in Fortinet.

EMS installer will be available for any existing Fortinet customer (whoever purchased any Fortinet service before) at https://support.fortinet.com/Download/FirmwareImages.aspx

If you are totally new (your account do not have any Fortinet entitlement), you may have to wait some time for an email from our system to send you something after clicking 'Try now' at https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads

It's been more than a week that I'm waiting for any response and I really need the EMS ASAP.

does it take normally so long for the system to send something or it's normal ?

Je possède un compte depuis décembre 2022. mais je ne sais pas pourquoi j'ai pas accès aux essais gratuit des micrologiciel. j'arrive pas à télécharger forticlient ems. j'essaye depuis de jours déjà.
