I have small problem in my FortiClient EMS lab. I would like to migrate license to new installation of EMS but Hardware ID in configure license tab is empty/blank.
EMS version is 7.0.1 build 0103

Hi Maka,
Did you restore a DB backup to your new EMS server before applying a license?
Your problem description seems to be matching bugID 745415 & 723141.
This Issue is observed prior to EMS 7.0.3.
Better if you can raise a TAC ticket using your existing license S/N to troubleshoot further.
We may provide a sql script for you to fix this.
Otherwise, you may try reinstall EMS and get the HW ID before restore DB.
