Good Morning, Afternoon, or Evening.
I have removable media and bluetooth devices blocked by default. I was able to whitelist specific removable media devices using corresponding VID and PID numbers. However, I have not been able to whitelist any headphones. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
ISMC

Hello,
I would suggest creating a support ticket with your EMS serial number to have this looked into.
Thanks!
Thank you for your reply. I originally went down that path. The support staff member that I worked with essentially said "I'm not sure why its not working, good luck figuring it out"
