FortiClient EMS Custom Messages

Hey, I customized the pages and save it but it hasn't been affected. I still see the default pages when I get blocked messages. Do I need to do anything else?

Are you referring to the web filter blocks?  Were the pages you customized in the System Settings > Custom Messages section?

providing the block is coming from a web filter policy, then that is all it should need.  Are the configurations showing in sync?
