Good day,
I'm fairly new to the Fortinet ecosphere. We just started using FortiClient Cloud a couple of weeks ago. I've noticed in the clients' details a "Third Party Features." For our domain joined clients it picks up that BitLocker is enabled, but it doesn't see that Sophos Endpoint Agent is installed for the Anti-Virus protection. The couple of non-domain clients show Microsoft Defender just fine.
Has anyone else run into this? The FortiClients installed are all 7.2.4.0972.
Thank you in advance

You're encountering an issue with FortiClient Cloud's ability to detect third-party antivirus solutions, specifically Sophos Endpoint Agent, on your domain-joined clients. While FortiClient Cloud is successfully identifying BitLocker and Microsoft Defender, it seems to have trouble recognizing Sophos Endpoint Agent
I appreciate the restatement of my issue. I am also assuming that FortiClient might not be recognizing other 3rd party AV. Has anyone else run across this as well? Or am I alone in the universe?
