Hi,
I have about 4000 FortiClients and have multiple Profiles on FortiClientEMS - Some of my profiles can't do manual anti-virus scans.
Has any come across the same issue or know how to fix this? I dont see a option to allow or disallow this

Do you mean running manual AV scan under Endpoint > (right click select group) > Run AV scan?
Have you checked if the profile applied has "Malware Protection" feature enabled?
Hi, I am currently running 6.4.3 - Yes "Malware Protection" is enabled for the group. Running a manual scan I mean on the client on the PC selecting full scan
