What does this have to do with FortiClient?
What is the authentication method or the WiFi? What is the WiFi vendor? What does the RF environment look like? What is the client?
For me, Since update to 7.2.4 We have authentication issues.
With 7.2.3 we didn't had issues.
Local network is Cisco ISE and is not blocked there.
Did you open a TAC case? What logs do you see on ISE? What logs do you see on the wireless? What is the wireless? Is it FortiAP? If so, how is it managed? FortiLAN Cloud? Or FortiGate? Or FortiWLC?
