FortiClient 5.0.9, console crashes when opening “Remote Access” tab

Hello, We have installed on a windows 7 pc the latest FortiClient 5.0.9. We used to have an older version of the client. We completely removed the older version (with fortinet’s removal tool) and made a new installation of the 5.0.9 forticlient, using the offline installer .exe. We are able to open the console, registration with the fortigate is successful, - but the forticlient crashes when we try to open the “Remote Access” tab to configure a VPN. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hi, Can you please run the diagnostic tool, then send the resultant cab file to forticlient-feedback@fortinet.com ? Also there may be some crash files when the GUI crash, can you send them altogether? Thanks.
