FortiCam MD20 Password Reset

I cannot reset the Password with a paperclip in the hole on an MD20.   Is there another way to reset the password?

Also, I have been unable to find default username and password documentation for the MD20.   I have tried admin/admin, admin/blank, admin/password, admin/23646....nothing works,  I assume I needed to factory reset with the PIN.   I even took the camera apart as it didn't feel like a normal reset button.   Sure enough, no reset button on the circuit board from what I can tell.   Must be a better way.
