Dears,
We need to buy FortiAuthenticator for 100 users, and we need FortiToken features. my question is " is FortiAuthenticator is enough or we need to buy dedicated FortiToken".
Thanks

FortiAuthenticator only comes with 2 free Mobile FortiTokens. A separate FortiToken Mobile license needs to be purchased and activated on the FortiAuthenticator to obtain additional ones.

Dear bpozdena_FTNT.
Thanks for reply, you mean 2 mobile token for each user?, since I have seen in datasheet the FAC-VM BASE has 200 FortiToken or this mean it support up to 200 fortiToken Request?.

200 is the maximum number of Mobile Fortitokens you can have activated on the FortiAuthenticator Base VM.
The maximum values are explained in the release notes: https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortiauthenticator/6.4.3/release-notes/917508/maximum-values-for-...

Hey Nemat,
not quite - the FortiAuthenticator base VM can support a total of 200 FortiTokens (mobile or hardware), but only comes with two free mobile tokens. Those two can be assigned to two users, but you would need to purchase any additional ones you want to assign to users (if you want to have 100 tokens in total, you would need to purchase 95 or 100; they come in minimum bundles of 5 usually)
