FortiAuthenticator RSSO to FSSO

Hi

i have a fortiap which auth through fortigate to radius

the client request auth through fgt

the fgt request auth using radius windows 2012

the client is authenticated and connected to wifi

but after that the fgt does not send accounting request to radius so the radius would forward it to the fortiauth

as i understand that:

1- fgt authenticate radius

2- if successful it sends accounting request

3- the accounting request recieved by radius and forwarded to fortiauth

step 2 not happening

ps: i want to use identity based policy
