We are informed that Firmware & General Updates, Enhanced Support and Telephone Support are being expired. Our user licenses (we are using VM) are seem to be "never expired", and I understand that VPN service will not be affected because of this expiration; but we only will not use the support service for this product until renewal. Is this correct? Anyone experienced this scenario before?
Your understanding is correct. The system will not get updates from Fortiguard and Fortinet Support team won't be able to support you without a valid contract. The VPN services are expected to work without an issue.
