Well, the mail server says it's unwilling to relay emails for "email001@email.com.br".
Anyway, you need to check with the administrator of that mailserver and discuss with them what needs to be changed.
"smtp email: sending to user@email.com.br via 192.168.1.1:25 failed, error: No valid recipient
error fac.home.www-data.fac.fac.utils.email __init__ 31293 139969435703040 Failed to send email. No valid recipients"
"No valid recipients" is probably a SMTP 554 error code output, i.e. the mailserver doesn't like the recipient mail address, or there's some unmet conditions.
If the communication is in plaintext, run a packet capture and have a look at what's happening there.

Thanks,
The FortiAuthenticator IP was not allowing on the SMTP server. Before, there was a NAT IP allowed. Included IP in SMTP relay. It worked.
