Trying to find the CLI command to list the User Groups and their contents so my FIM can alert on changes.
'Show full-configuration', show running-config', and 'show firewall policy' do not include the user groups in their output.

Hi Corkbuster,
CLI configuration on Fortiauthnticator is not like Fortigate (it doesn't have all the information).
As per the below KB, we cannot configure or list groups via CLI on FAC, we have a limited CLI commands in FAC, please check the below KB regarding the all available CLI commands:
https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortiauthenticator/6.0.0/administration-guide/965240/cli-commands
Let us know if you have any further question.

Hello corkbuster
You could give a try to FAC's rest api
https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortiauthenticator/6.4.4/rest-api-solution-guide/796404/fortigate...
for instance.
regards
/ Abel
