Hi,
After upgrade Fortigate 100E to new firmware v7.0.0-build0066 all 221E APs have Offline status and do not registering. They get the address via dhcp and ssh is work. After downgrade firmware to v6-build1803 its works correctly.
There is no word in the compatibility documentation about version 7. Do I understand correctly that they are incompatible?

Fortigate 60E v7.x (GA)
Hi.
Same for me !
Can you confirm that the FAP-221E-E is not compatible with Firmware 7.X ?
Thank you !
This was an unhappy surprise for me as well; my out-of-the-box 221E would not go online with FortiOS 7, and I ended up having to upgrade from FAP firmware 6.0 to 6.2. I wish I'd looked here for how to (temporarily) enable the weaker ciphers just so I could get them going.

Same problem with 221E AND 231F AP's on a 61E. And I also couldn't find any mention of non supported AP's in 7.0 release notes or other docs. Nice Fortinet.
I have the same problem. Now all my AP 221E are offline but if I can connect by cli, I tried to configure them but still the APs are still in the Fortigate V7 as if they were offline, I also did a factory reset and it did not work. any idea how to solve this problem?
Doesn't anyone read the link I posted? It's so easy to solve.
