FortiAnalyzer: Unable to configure SMTP server not to encrypt

When I use the following configuration, the emails sent by FortiAnalyzer are still encrypted, and I use the same email account and configure other email clients to send unencrypted emails

# config system mail
    edit testMailServer

                set secure-option none        
        set secure-option ?
        default     Try STARTTLS, proceed as plain text communication otherwise.
        none        Communication will be in plain text format.
        smtps       Communication will be protected by SMTPS.
        starttls    Communication will be protected by STARTTLS.

I guess your mail server enforces STARTTLS.

Thanks for the reply, but I have used other email clients and it is possible to do it without encryption.
