FortiAnalyzer 5.6.3 and Fortigate 6.0 compatibility.

We want to upgrade Fortigate to the latest firmware (6.0).

 FAZ 5.6.3 (Last build) have supports this version of FGT?

You are correct.  You need FortiAnalyzer 6.0.0 which is being released very soon.  Hopefully, later this week.
