FortiAP's not bridging local traffic

Hi, I am having two FAB321c's AP's which were controlled by my FortiGate firewall. I decided to re-purpose the Fortigate firewall and use it somewhere else. So I moved the two access-points to the FortiAP cloud. They registered and are providing internet access. However, I am not able to connect to other local stations outside of the AP. All clients are in the same /24 subnet, but I am not seeing any traffic/packets coming from the AP if I try to connect to the local /24 network. Even connections from AP to the other AP are not working.

The SSID configuration is in IP address assignment "bridge mode" and I upgraded the access-point to the latest firmware.  Is this something which is not possible, or I am I overlooking a setting? Thanks!

HI, I think I found the resolution. The upstream device appears to be blocking the traffic. Thanks all.
