FortiAP cloud - frequent disconnection

We are experiencing frequent disconnection issues with the FortiAP cloud. We are using 20+ APs with licenses.

Hi,

This is a remote area poultry plant with a network that has VLAN setup. Additionally, there is another vendor's firewall in place. To enhance the network infrastructure, FortiAP Cloud has been implemented, currently running 24 access points (APs) with two separate SSIDs using distinct IP ranges. We have recently purchased additional licenses, noting that the initial 30 APs are allowed for free. Considering the location is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a remote area, how can we efficiently apply the purchased licenses to optimize the usage of FortiAPs in this setup?

When you say disconnection issues are you referring to AP status appearing online/offline in the cloud managed platform or the WiFi service to the end hosts is not stable?
Are this APs used for internet access to normal users or used only for local network access?
