Hi,
Lately, we migrated from FG500E(7.2.8) to FG1800F (7.2.8). After this we encountered with clients disconections problem from our WiFi infrastructure (FAP431G(7.4.3) with 802.1X).
It seems like they are roaming all the time between APs, some client even when they are sitting same place.
During connections/disconnections ping is time-out or there is general failure.

M.
If the client drops and reconnects:
So why the it was working ok before.
I don't think that problem is on client side.

M.
As there is only a hardware change from FG500E(7.2.8) to FG1800F (7.2.8) so there shouldn't be any config issue. But still, try to compare both firewall-config, to see if there are any changes between firewalls config in terms of AP config.
Configs were compared and are ok.
Hi @mbrodzin,
Did you find any solution? We are experiencing the same issue. Clients flap between APs despite sitting at their desks. With PSK, they do not experience any problems, but once switched to 802.1x, they disconnect from the network during the flap.
Hey @mbrodzin @Mrinmoy @tagayev have you found any reason behind this error? I've been experiencing same issues with my Fortinet structure. I use a 400E FG with version 7.4.3 and have FAP 231F with version 7.2.2. Keep getting same errors with clients getting disconnected and reconnected for no reason.
