FortiAP and Dell Switch

Hi

Trying to connect up a Forti AP with a Dell switch but struggling

I have put the port in trunk mode 

created a VLAN that matches the AP interface on the Fortigate

assigned the native VLAN to that port

But still my AP isn't picked up by the Fortigate.

What have I missed?

Is FortiGate able to ping the AP? Have you enabled 'Security Fabric Connection' in 'Administrative Access' configurations in the VLAN interface in FortiGate?

You can also try to reset the AP to default.

Yes I can ping the AP
Yes SFC is enabled
Still showing as 'offline' in managed AP's

I will try the default
