We are using a FortiAP S223E. Their are two ports, LAN1 and LAN2. There are two radios. Can LAN1 and LAN2 be on separate subnets and each LAN port be assigned to one of the two Radios? Essentially acting as two AP's.
My goal is two create separate subnets with wireless. We are using a FortiGate 70D, FortiSwitch 124E and FortiAP S223E. The FortiSwitch is associated with the FortiGate. The FortiAP is associated with the FortiGate. FortiGate is running 5.6.3. FortiAP is running PS223E-v5.6-build0309 (newest for this hardware as of 1/13/2018). We have three subnets needing wireless. I have not implemented any VLANs. The FortiGate is the DHCP server when necessary. The FortiGate creates the different subnets. The FortiSwitch currently has all ports assigned to one subnet. The FortiAP is plugged into the FortiSwitch using LAN1.
