FortiAP - Blue screen error in Windows 7 - 64bit

Dear Team, I have installed FortiAP 200B (MR3 Patch1). I am already using Fortigate 200A ( MR3 Patch1). All my ipads, mac machines and cell phones are getting connected wirelessly without any issues. But there are few guys who are using Windows 7 (64-bit), they get connected wirelessly but after some random browsing a blue screen appears with an error message. I have attached the screenshot of the same. When we turned off ARM (Adaptive Radio Management) on our wireless controller configuration, our clients stopped blue screening. The other workaround which I have found out is to switch only to a Wireless “G” network instead of “N” and things should work fine, but this is not desired. Previously a D-Link Wireless device was used and such kind of error didn exists. Requesting your assistance on the same. Laptops used are IBM and Dell. Regards Rajesh

What version of FAP OS are you running? Have you tried AES in the latest FAP219 version?

I have a bunch of Windows 7 wifi users, all 64 bit. NO issues with Fortigate on 4.3.3 and I think FortiAP 4.3.1. I am using TKIP though...
