FortiADC100F HealthCheck failing

Hi everyone. I am a newcomer on this forum. I am please facing this situation I would like you to see whether you have any advice.

What's happening is kinda strange, though it's my first time to configure a Load-Balancer/failover device.

The FortiADC100F is the LB device that I have configured with the pool of two real servers whose traffic are to be load-balanced. I am currently able to ping both servers from the CLI console on the FortiADC100F.

But when I try a healtcheck test via the healthcheck monitor, it fails to access the servers, though the 80 and 443 are open on the servers.

Anything missing?
