Forti cloud invitation token not working

We have forti cloud EMS version 7.4.3 , invitation code (no expiration set) set to single user does not work, when user is entering invitation code in forticlient-7.4.3 version ( tried both manually and copy paste), it does not give any error it's just show processing tab and nothing moves further. Tried to entered invitation code via CMD also but no luck. Please help here

Hello Stephen , This is kind of bug in Forticloud EMS 7.4.3 version

What I did is generated/created new invitation code without verification (for bulk) and using it , forticlient was successfully connected to EMS.

Hello Everyone, 

If you using invitation code with verification, not prompting you to add the credential then I believe c redistribution is missing in your system, You can re-install that or use another forticlient i.e fct 7.2.10 as  a part of test. 

Moving forward, you can see all kind of telemtry error in fortiesnac logs.
