Forti Mobile Token error REGEX

been back and forth with forti support with no answer.

LDAP with out token works ok .

when we have forti token mobile we get the promt but we get regex error. (both for macOS / WINos)

any one know how to solve that?

1. Check the reachability for the following FQDNs: - fds1.fortinet.com - directregistration.fortinet.com Ensure they are reachable.
2. If the FQDNs are unreachable, clear the dnsproxy cache and restart it using the commands: ``` di test app dnsproxy 1 di test app dnsproxy 99 ```
3. Activate the Token Code and renew it by executing the following commands: ``` conf user fortitoken edit <Token Code> set status active end exec fortitoken-mobile renew <Token Code> ```
4. If the issue persists, it is recommended to reboot the FortiGate. Advise the customer to reboot the FortiGate during a downtime window, remove the tokens, activate them again, and assign them to users. Following these steps should help resolve the regex error prompt when using FortiToken Mobile on macOS or Windows OS.

i think it was a bug in IOS application.

after updating to the latest it has no issues
