Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to upload the avatar image via the Cloud EMS or is it just via the FortiClient as I would prefer to do this via the EMS web platform but cannot find a way to do this.

Hello Harg-J, 

I think if you have this avatar already in the Active Directory or Azure site it should be already synced via Manage domain configuration 

There are options to receive avatars from the Forticlient side as well.

Keep in mind that Forticlient 7.4.0 or higher does not support third-party identity providers. 

Out of those options, there are no ways to upload avatars to the EMS server directly as of now.
