Forti Authenticator with FortiMail OTP Token Field not showing

Error 1: The webmail login portal does not redirect to the OTP page.

Error 2: Forti Authenticator shows “Local user authentication partially done, expecting SMS token.

Error 3: Another Forti Authenticator log shows “Local user authentication from 0.0.0.0 with SMS token failed: invalid password.

FML version v7.6.4(GA-Maturity) and FAC version v6.6.6, build1824 (GA)

I followed this tech tip and it worked fine.

Token field appeared when I entered the password, and once token entered I could access the mailbox.

Try check if you applied the same steps in the tech tip.

Ah! it is also possible that the RADIUS secret is wrong. So try change it from both sides, and avoid using special characters for your initial setup attempt.
