On one of my colleague's mobile phone (iOS 8.2) the forti app doesnt show the correct access code at first. He has to e.g. click on "edit" and then return to make the app display the valid code.
Any solutions?

It would help if you had more infos for us..which "App", which version, did you try other versions etc.
The App is called FortiClient and the version is 3.0.4.0067
I'm in no way iOS-profound and will not be either, but the current version of the FC app is 5.2.2. Will run from iOS 6.0 and newer.
I'd give it a try.
