Fortgate 60F with 6.2.7 // Most Security Profile types not listed

Has anyone seen the fortigate get into a state where the gui does not show many of the security profile types? (see image) 

I wanted to create some non-fortiguard URL lists, and noticed that the gui doesn't show the option  ... and when I create a SecurityPolicy my options are also limited.

Was on 6.2.3 -> 6.2.5 -> 6.2.7  

Diag debug config.error.log read

showed no errors.

Any sugguestions?

First, make sure you have Multiple Security Profiles enabled in FEature Visibility.

Second, try different browser, this were the only cases I couldn't see part of configs in GUI.
