Foritgate 200D - Policy order

Dear all..

I´m using on my Fortigate 200D different kind of policies.

IPv4 Policies includes Webfilter

Proxy Policies includes APP Control

Explicit Proxy includes a Proxy pac with some exceptions

For a better understanding and to create a layout. I need to know the right order.

Hopefully you guys can help me.
